What You Can Expect
The Surgery Coordinator role is distribution center based and is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of instruments and implants needed for surgery. Responsibilities include warehouse picking, organizing, and optimization and the safe and timely transportation of inventory between warehouse and medical facilities and/or locations specified.
How You'll Create Impact
- Daily use of inventory management systems including SMS, DCS, Fed Ex programs to monitor/act on the case schedule, source, pick, box, label, loan, receive, ship, issue and monitor inventory.
- Performs quality checks on outgoing product to ensure customers receive 100% quality product and performs incoming quality checks on all inventory.
- Safe/accurate delivery/retrieval of inventory including restock and emergency runs to the appropriate facility
