About the Team

We are currently expanding our R&D team across China and look forward to new colleagues joining us in Shanghai.

What you can look forward to as a Damper Application & Development Engineer:

• Responsible for product application & development of commercial vehicle shock absorbers that meet the requirements of customers, laws and regulations, safety

• Review relevant customer technical specifications, drawings and other documents, and be responsible for the review of relevant technical agreements

• Responsible for the introduction and promotion of commercial vehicle shock absorbers technology

• Responsible for the application development of commercial vehicle shock absorbers, the establishment and maintenance of relevant materials

• Assist in manufacturing of new prototypes of commercial vehicle shock absorbers

• Coordinate and complete relevant work, prepare relevant documents, to meet the requirements of customer's new product project development, responsible for engineering change management of series products

• Provide technical support for other departments in the company in terms of commercial vehicle shock absorbers

• Participate in cost optimization and production optimization of commercial vehicle shock absorbers, and provide technical support and solutions

Your Profile as a Damper Application & Development Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in vehicle engineering or mechanical design

• More than 3 years’ experience in commercial vehicle chassis components design and application development is preferred

• Familiar with the commercial vehicle chassis suspension, steering system and components related technologies

• Proficient in the application of AutoCAD and Creo 9 software

• Familiar with IATF 16949:2016, ISO14001:2004、OHSAS18001:2007 and other quality systems, knowledge and experience in DFMEA methodology and IQ-RM is preferred

• Proficient in using office software (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

• Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, proper skills of organization and communication

• Fluent daily English communication, reading and writing of English materials
