Job Description
Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate, compile, and present quarterly valuation reporting for real estate investments in accordance with internal valuation policies, governance frameworks, and audit standards.

Review and challenge valuation outputs for completeness, reasonableness, and consistency; analyze quarter‑over‑quarter movements, key assumptions, and valuation drivers.
-
Perform detailed analysis and reporting on debt and hedging positions, including mark‑to‑market valuation of interest rate swaps, caps, and other derivatives, and assess their impact on asset‑ and portfolio‑level valuations.

Calculate, analyze, and report asset‑ and portfolio‑level performance metrics, including time‑weighted returns, internal rates of return, and other valuation‑linked indicators.

Prepare valuation and performance dashboards and reporting packages for senior management, investment committees, and valuation governance bodies.

Maintain and enhance valuation‑related datasets, including asset‑level attributes, assumptions, historical valuation results, and supporting documentation.
Reconcile valuation and performance outputs across internal models, third‑party appraisals, and reporting systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness

- Prepare and deliver recurring and ad‑hoc reporting for senior management, and cross‑functional teams, including investment, asset management, finance, and risk.

Ensure valuation, performance, debt, and hedging data is accurately reflected and consistently applied across management reports, dashboards, and analytical materials.

Produce performance reporting, fund‑level summaries, capital account analyses, and portfolio‑level analytics across multiple investment vehicles.
-
Apply a strong understanding of distribution waterfalls, cash flow allocation mechanics, and capital structures to support reporting, analysis, and decision‑making.
-
Track investment activity and perform data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution across systems and third‑party platforms to maintain data integrity and control standards.

Support business initiatives and special projects, including analytical deep dives, reporting enhancements, process improvements, and scalability efforts

### **Build capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client**
- Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates
- Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations
- Partner with team leaders to brainstorm and identify training themes and learning issues to better serve the client
- Update job knowledge by participating in self learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks
