Role Purpose

Implement CPQ/CLM related business requirements for different projects, enhancements or support tickets.

Job Description:

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Work with business teams to understand requirement details

• Work with IT Product Owners/ Solution Architects/and other Business Analysts to implement requirements

• Design, develop (configure) and document the solution

• Follow IT processes for change implementation and own the implementation through design, development, testing and migration to production

Qualifications/Skills:

• Proficient in Conga CPQ, CLM, Approvals, template related setups

• Very knowledgeable in Salesforce platform constructs like flows, workflows, profiles, permissions, etc. Apex coding is not required

• Bachelors in Engineering or Computer Applications preferred

• Conga CPQ and/or CLM certification desired

• 7+ year’s IT experience desired

• 3+ year’s Conga CPQ/CLM experience desired
