The purpose of this role is to develop and test software modules based on client requirements and prepare project documentation while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery.

Around 5 - 8+ years of experience in the IT industry

5+ years of relevant experience in Service Now Platform Developing and administration experience for large engagement. (ITSM, ITOM, Custom Apps)

Stakeholders, Product Owner, Platform architect level Interactions for platform configurations and troubleshooting discussions.

Customization experience with ITSM, Service Catalogs, Discovery and Custom Applications
