THIS ROLE WILL BE FILLED IN THE UNITED STATES

The Senior Account Manager is a revenue-focused leader responsible for driving growth through consultative, solution-based selling of SAP Success Factors and related HR transformation services. This role owns the sales cycle end-to-end—building executive relationships, influencing decision-makers, and positioning strategic HR technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Senior Account Manager ensures client satisfaction while proactively identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The role collaborates closely with SAP and its partner ecosystem to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end HR transformation solutions aligned with client objectives.

Essential Functions Sales & Strategic Engagement

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities

  • Own the sales process from prospecting to contract execution, ensuring alignment with client budgets and timelines

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders to influence strategic decisions

  • Develop compelling ROI models and business cases to support HR technology investments

  • Partner with SAP and ecosystem teams to orchestrate joint sales strategies Account & Delivery Oversight

  • Act as the primary escalation point for account management

  • Participate in governance meetings with clients and internal leadership to ensure alignment and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • Overall 10+ years in professional services

  • 3+ years in HCM services sales

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Strong understanding of HCM transformation services and SAP Success Factors

  • Proven ability to sell value over price and influence executive stakeholders

  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to balance sales targets with client engagement responsibilities
