Job Description

Responsible for consulting and implementing high-impact AIOps strategies and solutions infused with emerging agentic AI models, frameworks, and toolkits. This includes conducting assessments, developing proposals for RFPs and proactive pursuits, defining AIOps roadmaps and technology selection with clients, and integrating partner solutions to support organizational adoption of new AIOps capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive the AIOPS & Automation opportunities around RFPs, RFIs & Proactive pursuits in the area of Digital ITSM, Service Assurance & AIOps -Infra & App monitoring, event management, analytics, machine learning, automation- orchestration, server & network automation tools across Data Centre, Cloud, Network and EUC towers, own the responsibility of Order bookings & revenue generation.

• Creation/Validation of Solution design/proposals in the IT Observability & automation areas. Key products in scope but not limited to are Ops Ramp, Splunk, BMC, New Relic, ELK, Grafana, SNOW ITOM, Ui Path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism etc.

• Market scan and awareness, Ventures, start-up eco system

• Deliver understanding of Market & technology trends and how they apply for BSM and automation through Everest/Gartner/IDC/Forrester in this area. Maintain connect with at least 2 analysts like Gartner with at least once a quarter.

• Co-create, enable, drive Go To Market initiatives, Infuse end-to-end Agentic AI solutions

• Architect, build, and optimize agentic AI systems (e.g., autonomous agents, multi-agent frameworks, LLM-powered agents).

• Collaborate with a team of Solution managers, solution architects and Finance managers to enable creation of solution documentation, pricing and appropriate presales collateral as a part of the submission for the RFPs and RFIs.

• Work closely with the onsite sales, bid teams & other domain SMEs to create contextual responses with a key focus on automation & AIOPS strategy.

• Prepare and present the AIOPS solutions to Wipro customer’s as part of onsite Orals discussions, mutual value discovery and will ensure all messages delivered are aligned to Wipro’s solution strategy or win themes

Key Skills

• Minimum of 15 or more years of IT Industry exposure in core consulting, solutioning & delivery expertise in IT Application & Infrastructure space

• Technical expertise in AIOPS full stack tools solutioning & deployment on tools like HPE Ops Ramp, Splunk, BMC, Dynatrace, New Relic, App Dynamics, ELK, Grafana, Servicenow ITOM, Ui Path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism etc.

• Understanding of emerging agentic AI models, frameworks, and toolkits

• Understanding of CI/CD tools – Jenkins, Gitlab and configuration mgmt tools like Ansible, Terraform, chef, puppet etc.

• Understanding of the Overall Automation Technologies used in IT Landscape especially in Application development, testing & maintenance domain.

• Exposure to Cloud technologies & services from AWS, Azure, GCP etc.

• Ability to independently provide strategic vision, yet equally experienced with requirements definition, solution design, business cases development and solution implementation for clients.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to multi task and liaise with multiple stakeholders, Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build professional relationships, ability to identify process improvement opportunities & finally adaptability to change.
