Detailed Job Description:

• Streamline the application deep dive discussions & Identify areas/solutions to optimize the architecture

Help define the to-be state Architecture for applications identified for cloud modernization

Jointly build a realistic migration plan highlighting activity, dependencies, risks etc.

Lead the modernization tracks for the identified deliverables

Ensure all critical Po Cs required for finalizing the architecture are complete as per plan

Support/guide Ford PDO team for migration/modernization

Ensure Migration Approach / Architecture document is created & best practices are documented

Advise & support NFRs testing

Ensure cutover & roll back plan is created jointly with Ford stakeholders

• Architect hands on role
• Modify Spring boot microservices.as needed for changes from PCF to GCP”

Setup Tekton pipeline and deploy the Spring boot microservices into GCP cloud run.

Setup Tekton pipeline and deploy the Angular UI app into GCP external cloud run.

Rewrite ODM API codes to make compatible with GCP OCP environment.

Work with team to design and Architect micro service on GCP

Migrate / Rewrite MQ components to Pub / Sub.

Migrate / Rewrite Shell script and Java components from on prem OCP to GCP OCP.

Setup Tekton pipeline and deploy the Java components to GCP. 4.

Designs and architect services for External System Integrations

Area of Responsibility:

Requirement Analysis-Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to define solution strategies that align with enterprise IT roadmap, security, and risk management requirements, ensuring implementation feasibility across multiple systems.

Designing-Create design frameworks for enterprise systems, review implementation across applications, and assist in creating reusable patterns and governance processes to ensure proper integration and risk control.

Integration assessment and support-Define integration framework, manage infrastructure dependencies, and create strategies for secure and efficient integration across enterprise systems.

Troubleshooting-Assess the solution in the client environment and address any issues identified during the troubleshooting process through appropriate remediation steps.

Risk Analysis and Assessment-Identify potential risks, potential impact and define governance processes for risk management and compliance across enterprise solutions and review its adherence.

RFPs-"Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to contribute to proposals by providing inputs on the interoperability of multiple applications within an enterprise system, identification of change areas, and integration approaches aligned with business needs."
