The Role Veeva’s Japan Business Consulting is a unique group fusing strategy and technology, inside a company at the forefront of digital innovation in the Life Science. Establishing a leading Business Consulting practice is a strategic growth priority for Veeva offering a differentiated consulting service with a compelling value proposition – building on Veeva’s position as the digital partner of choice for 85% of the Pharmaceutical companies. The Business Consulting team is focused on supporting our customers' commercial strategies through the design and delivery of solutions for the core business issues faced by today’s field organizations.

The role of a Principal Business Consultant is to be part of the Japan Business Consulting Leadership Team to help grow this practice in Japan and APAC. With a focus on building our brand in the market, developing our customer network and identifying and selling new projects to support our customers to deliver on their more complex and strategic business issues. In addition, support building our practice with recruiting and mentoring of staff.

As a consulting leader, help identify the source of the business issues faced by our customers, develop a structured approach to deliver solutions, and do so in a highly collaborative manner - ultimately building critical customer relationships within the Commercial Business of our customers.
