Shop - Creator Manager - Electronics (E-Commerce) - Thailand

The Electronics & Gadgets Creator Management team partners with creators who produce gadget/tech content and helps them grow their commercial impact on Tik Tok Shop. The team supports both top creators and long-tail creators by improving content quality, keeping creators aligned with platform priorities, and accelerating creator monetization through strong daily operations and cross-functional collaboration.

• Manage and grow relationships with leading Tik Tok Shop EL creators, KOLs, and celebrities in Thailand.
• Provide tailored support and coaching to top creators, including product assortment, content strategy, and performance recommendations aligned with platform objectives.
• Analyze creator performance against key metrics, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable plans to improve GMV, content quality, and operational efficiency.
• Build strong, long-term creator relationships and recommend partnership models that generate value for both creators and the platform.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen content quality, facilitate brand partnerships, and accelerate creator monetization.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Professional verbal and written proficiency in Thai and English languages.
• Strong understanding of content ecosystems and platforms, particularly Tik Tok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Data-driven and results-oriented, with strong execution, communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of e-commerce performance metrics (e.g., GMV, CVR, CTR, ROAS, CPAS, AOV, ASP, orders/units, return/refund rate).
• Hands-on experience coaching creators on conversion-focused content (short video and/or live commerce).
• Experience working with creator agencies / ecosystems (e.g., TSPs, MCNs, talent agencies) is a plus.
