Project Manager

Team Overview:

Tik Tok Data Center Development team is responsible for building Data Center and Network in the European region. Our work involves, but not limiting to, data center innovation, implementing advanced technologies and renewable energy to achieve carbon-neutrality, rapid project delivery, capacity planning, process and risk control, cost management, etc. Our objective is to provide Tik Tok with efficient Data Center infrastructure services to support our business growth.

The Global Delivery Management team is mainly responsible for site selection, acquisition, and project delivery.

Business Context
This role is based in London and manages projects across Europe. Additionally, it will support data center delivery operations in Brazil, requiring regular coordination with local vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data center standardization projects, from project initiation and planning through implementation, tracking, and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Establish clear project governance, roles and responsibilities, reporting mechanisms, and escalation paths.
• Manage project scope and change control to ensure alignment with agreed objectives and priorities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field, with relevant work experience.

• Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

• Experience in standardization, process improvement, operational excellence, or multi-site/multi-region programs.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the network infrastructure space, including solutions or project management experience in CDN and/or telecom-related fields.

• Experience in data center delivery, including self-built or colocation projects.
