Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of SCS with operational execution, prioritization, and follow-through across EUI
• Support SCS programs & priorties by coordinating inputs, timelines, and dependencies
• Support operational cadence, including planning cycles, milestones, reviews, and progress tracking against agreed priorities
• Track program KPIs, risks, and actions, ensuring visibility and follow-through
• Support the standardization of processes, tooling, and documentation to scale SCS ways of working
• Identify process simplification, automation, and efficiency opportunities to reduce operational friction

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in business, management or a related discipline and available for a 6-month internship

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Proactive, reliable, and quick to learn, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with good data sense

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable working with presentations, spreadsheets, trackers, and project documentation

• Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or experience in project coordination, operations, business support, or a similar role

• Understanding of media planning across platforms
