Category Strategist, Fashion Project Intern (TikTok Shop) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Join the Fashion Category Team, where we shape trends and drive growth through data-driven strategy and cross-functional collaboration. From campaign execution to performance tracking and project coordination, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and ever-evolving e-commerce space.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in business performance tracking by developing and maintaining reports and dashboards.
• Assist in the development of business strategies by conducting analyses to identify the root causes of issues, and provide solutions or recommendations to the operations team.
• Gain opportunities to learn about and execute category and platform campaigns.
• Serve as a Project Management Officer by coordinating cross-functional projects and initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Assist team members with other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Actively enrolled university student who is able to commit at least 3 months, preferably in a business administration/management or data analytics major.
• Experience with Excel, Data Analytical tool.
• Ability to pay attention to details and manage tasks effectively.
• Hard working and highly responsible
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese & English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong project management skills to manage cross-function stakeholders is a plus.
• Dynamic, proactive, and eager to go beyond assigned duties to support team success.
