  • Ensure design, development, and qualification activities comply with global engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and quality systems
  • Drive product cost analysis, teardown benchmarking, and competitive insights to support data-driven decision-making
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, alignment, and decision-making across global teams and leadership forums
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives (PPI/Lean) to enhance execution efficiency and program outcomes
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering technical capability and leadership development across the organization

Skills & Proficiencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience, including strong exposure to program/project management, product development, and VAVE/cost optimization initiatives
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs or portfolios with measurable business impact
  • Strong expertise in program/project planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management
  • Experience leading end-to-end VAVE initiatives (from opportunity identification through implementation and realization)
  • Proficiency in product cost analysis, teardown benchmarking, and engineering optimization techniques
  • Good understanding of global engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and product qualification processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing teams
