What You’ll Do

• Lead Co-Pilot Full Self-Driving test drives with customers, showcasing Tesla’s autonomous technology through safe, engaging, and informative experiences.
• Drive Full Self-Driving adoption by creatively promoting test drives, ensuring customers grasp the future of driving.
• Identify and nurture leads during store visits and events, building a pipeline through proactive engagement.
• Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer questions, understanding needs, overcoming objections, and highlighting Tesla’s unique value.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and cross-functional departments to align strategies and ensure a unified customer experience.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude at all times, reflecting Tesla’s values and commitment to excellence in every interaction

What You’ll Bring

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Strong (or quickly learnable) knowledge of Tesla’s vehicles.
• Ability to communicate information in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings when needed.
• Passion for Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.
• Fluency in Dutch & English.
• Valid drivers license.
