[0 YoE] IT Support Resume Review – Active Directory, Networking, pfSense and Azure Lab Experience, Seeking Help Desk / IT Support Roles
I’m targeting entry-level IT Support / Help Desk roles. I have hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, networking, and troubleshooting through home lab projects (AD DS, pfSense, and Azure). I’m currently based in Pakistan and primarily applying to local and remote roles, but I’m also open to relocation if opportunities arise. I don’t have formal IT work experience yet, so I’m relying on projects and certifications (CompTIA Network+, AZ-900 scheduled) to demonstrate my skills.

Praedictio.ai could have prevented the Mercor breach from LiteLLM package containing credential-stealing malware
**Quick recap of the Mercor breach** Mercor (an AI recruiting/data platform valued at \~$10B that supplies training data to OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, etc.) was hit in late March 2026 by a classic **supply-chain attack** on the open-source tool **LiteLLM** (a popular LLM gateway/proxy library). Attackers (linked to groups like TeamPCP/Lapsus$) compromised PyPI, uploaded malicious versions of the LiteLLM package containing credential-stealing malware, and thousands of companies (including Mercor)
