In a vehicle/platform/module project, the planning project Specialist, in accordance with the planning standards of project and under the Project Planning Manager's operational authority:

adapts the standard Product Development Process (PDP) to the project, updates, records and classifies the versions of the project's macro schedule (3 levels of timing)

verifies the quality of the planning within product and process teams and directs them, if needed, to the implementation of preventive or curative plans

is in charge of the convergence of prototype budgets (Means budget) at each phase of the project and guarantees their respect

establishes detailed planning of prototype means, updates it and manages their realization until their delivery to the customers, from the first mule cars to series production vehicle.

creates and coordinates project's dashboards

applies project management standards and propose her/his experience feedback for continual improvement (Lesson learnt).
