Working as part of a team, the role will support the Quality Manager in the overall management of the plant Quality System, defining priorities and timelines for diagnostic activities and coordinating with the various technical departments of the plant in order to identify and propose solutions to any anomalies.

With a proactive and dynamic approach, the role contributes, together with the relevant stakeholders, to ensuring a working environment in which quality—both in terms of process execution and product characteristics—is at the core of every activity and is a widely shared cultural value.

This is achieved by acting on conditions and behaviors and by fostering a strong and widespread quality culture among operators.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and updating the Quality Information System
  • Ensuring the correct management and analysis of internal and external quality indicators
  • Defining priorities and timelines for the diagnosis of various types of defects
  • Performing second-level diagnostics, assigning responsibility for the root cause of anomalies (Product, Process, or Supply)
  • Proposing solutions for process-related anomalies
  • Performing and monitoring diagnostic activities
  • Ensuring coordination with Technical Diagnostic Departments in the case of complex anomalies

  • Previous knowledge and experience in the field of NVH (Noise, Vibration and Harshness) and test benches
  • Knowledge of quality process management, including process and system audit management, procedures for reviewing and updating quality documentation, and management of corrective actions
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Management Engineering with a focus on Applied Mechanics
  • Solid professional experience of at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 2–3 years of significant experience in Quality management within complex industrial organizations, preferably operating in the applied mechanics sector
