Support the team to achieve the launch deliverables.

Ensure basic conditions for new dies

To manage and supervise the necessary resources to perform tryouts

Follow & lead the corrective actions during tryouts

Lead the TL & die makers for launch purpose

Coordinate & implement the engineering changes

Failure Analysis

Responsible for spare parts, suppliers coordination & planning activities for new dies

Dies CAD manage (NX & Smirt) for engineering changes or visual consulting.

Provide coaching to die makers for critical die problems

Experience: (4 years)

Knowledge in the manufacturing processes stamping plants, as well in the equipment used for the stamping product production.

Knowledge in the use of control and monitoring tools to get results.

Ability to interact with personnel of different organization levels inside and outside the

Teamwork
