Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) Software Engineering & Development, Officer
We are looking for an ETF Software Developer reporting directly to the ETF Platform Owner. You will contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of data quality and data delivery applications as part of an agile scrum team, working with a strong global development group to build challenging, cutting-edge products in the financial domain.

The team you will be joining is part of the Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) Servicing function, a capability that is vital to the company as it enables the timely, reliable, and scalable
delivery of critical financial data that supports core ETF operations, reporting, and decision-making.
What you will be responsible for
As Software Developer you will:
o Work independently to develop, test, and debug ETF software enhancements and solutions within the business and technical problem domains
o Develop, test, debug, and implement software programs, applications and projects using cloud computing tools and other related software engineering languages
o Write unit and automation tests to ensure a high-quality end product
o Participate in code reviews
o Actively participate in the agile software development process by adhering to the scrum methodology including attending all daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
o Triage production issues by reviewing code and logs as needed and come up with solutions

o Extensive Java n-tier application experience
o Good understanding of AI enabled programming
o Cloud technologies, methodologies and implementation tools
o Extensive data and database tooling experience
Education & Preferred Qualifications:
o Commercial software development, proficient in developing multi-tier solutions
o BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent field
o Knowledgeable of commercial software development,
o Professional PL/SQL and Java development experience
o Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), good interpersonal skills
o Ability to gather and understand requirements in the financial sector
o Able to work well with peers in a collaborative team environment
o Experience working with an Agile development methodology is desired
Additional requirements
o Ability to analyze ETF business requirements and develop solutions to the business needs
o Strong communication skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, and highly responsible.
o Strong collaboration skills, working with multiple teams in various locations in an agile environment.
