About the role

Job Description:

Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients. All issues and initiatives will need to be managed to a satisfactory conclusion, ensuring client satisfaction.

Major Responsibilities-Develop and maintain a clear understanding of assigned clients' portfolios and their requirements

-Act as an intermediary between the client and various State Street operational units.

-Establish a good relationship with assigned clients and their key staffs

-Proactively liaise and resolve between client and State Street with regard to day to day operational issues

-Assist management on ad hoc assignments-Coordinate standard transitions: portfolio/market opening/closing, gather proper documentation etc.

-Prepare specific management information as requested.

-Ensure full adherence and implementation of the Risk Management Policy and internal procedures at all times (e.g. KYC, FTOP/TOP, etc.) in order to prevent losses.

-Communicate and document non-compliance issues as they arise to senior manager.-Demonstrate ability to utilize State Street systems to ensure prompt investigating issues raised by the clients.

-Accurate and prompt obtaining data that inquired by the clients.

-Escalate urgent/ major issues to the manager’s attention.
