Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Service explain the rights, responsibilities, and other rules that apply between Refresh ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and users in connection with the services we provide.

Article 2. Definitions

The key terms used in these Terms have the following meanings: 1. "Service" means all services provided by the Company that users can access regardless of the device they use, including PCs, TVs, mobile devices, and other wired or wireless devices. 2. "User" means an Individual Member, Corporate Member, or Non-member who uses the Service under these Terms. 3. "Individual Member" means a person who registers for an account by providing personal information and may continue to receive information from the Company and use the Service. 4. "Corporate Member" means a person who registers for an account by providing company information and personal information and may continue to receive information from the Company and use the Service. 5. "Non-member" means a person who uses the Service without registering for an account. 6. "ID" means the identifier chosen by a member and approved by the Company for account identification and use of the Service. 7. "Password" means the combination of letters, numbers, and special characters chosen by the member to verify account ownership and protect the account. 8. "Content" means information made available through the Service, including text, photos, videos, files, links, and other forms of digital information.

Article 3. Rules Outside These Terms

Matters not addressed in these Terms are governed by applicable law and by any service-specific terms, operating policies, or other rules published by the Company ("Detailed Guidelines"). If these Terms conflict with the Detailed Guidelines, the Detailed Guidelines will control for that specific issue.

Article 4. Changes to These Terms

1. These Terms are posted on the services operated by Refresh. We may revise these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions, the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Framework Act on Consumers. If we revise these Terms, we will announce the updated Terms, the effective date, and the reason for the change for a reasonable period beginning at least 7 days before the effective date, or 30 days in advance if the change is materially adverse to users or otherwise significant. We may also notify existing users individually through email, text message, in-service message, or another electronic method. The revised Terms take effect on the announced effective date. 2. If we publish or send notice of revised Terms, we will also explain that users who do not agree to the changes may terminate the contract within 7 days of the notice, or within 30 days for changes that are materially adverse or significant, and that failure to object within that period will be treated as acceptance. 3. If a user does not object within the applicable notice period described above, that user will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.

Article 5. Notices

1. Unless these Terms say otherwise, we may notify users by email, text message (SMS), in-service message, push notification, or another electronic method. 2. For notices to all users, we may post the notice on our website for at least 7 days instead of sending an individual notice. If a matter materially affects a user's own transactions, we will provide individual notice where required. 3. If individual notice is difficult because a user failed to provide accurate contact information or failed to update it, a public notice may be treated as sufficient notice.

Article 6. Forming the Service Agreement

A service agreement is formed in the following cases: 1. When a user applies to become a member after agreeing to these Terms and the Company accepts that application 2. When a user pays to use a service that is available without membership registration 3. When a user uses a free service that is available without membership registration and also uses related add-on features such as saving information connected to that free service while completing the procedures described above

Article 7. Approval of Membership Registration

1. As a general rule, we will approve a valid request to use the Service. 2. If necessary to provide the Service, we may require real-name verification or identity verification through a specialized institution. 3. We may delay approval if we lack the necessary infrastructure or if technical or operational issues make approval impracticable. 4. If we refuse or delay approval under paragraph 3, we will generally notify the applicant unless we cannot do so for reasons not attributable to us. 5. The service agreement is formed when we display completion of registration in the sign-up flow for the case described above, or when we display confirmation of completed payment for a paid service. 6. We may classify members by tier under Company policy and may differentiate available service time, number of uses, menus, or similar features by tier. 7. We may impose age-based or rating-based restrictions where required by applicable laws or regulations relating to age eligibility or youth protection.

Article 8. Changes to Member Information

1. Members may review and update their personal information at any time through the account settings or personal information management screen. However, information needed to operate the Service, such as a real name or ID, may not be editable. 2. If information submitted during registration changes, members must update it online or notify the Company by email or another available method. 3. Members are responsible for disadvantages that result from failing to update or report changes described above.

Article 9. Account Credentials and Member Information

1. Members are responsible for safeguarding their IDs and passwords and may not allow a third party to use them. 2. We may restrict the use of an ID if there is a risk of personal information leakage, if the ID is offensive or contrary to public order and morals, or if the ID could cause confusion with the Company or the Service operator. 3. If a member learns that an ID or password has been stolen or used by a third party, the member must notify the Company immediately and follow any instructions we provide. 4. We are not responsible for disadvantages resulting from a member's failure to notify us promptly or to follow our instructions after providing notice.

Article 10. Company Responsibilities

1. To provide the Service on a continuous and stable basis, we will repair or restore affected systems without undue delay if equipment fails or is damaged. We may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service without prior notice when unavoidable circumstances require it, including: 1. Emergency system inspections, expansion, replacement, maintenance, or construction 2. System replacement needed to launch or support new services 3. Service interruptions caused by failures of systems, networks, or related infrastructure 4. National emergencies, power outages, or force majeure events 2. We will make reasonable efforts to provide users with a convenient experience in contract-related procedures such as sign-up, contract changes, and termination. 3. We will post information such as the representative's name, business name, address, phone number, fax number, business registration information, these Terms, and the Privacy Policy in a place users can easily find.

Article 11. Privacy

1. We value users' personal information and strive to comply with applicable privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act and other related laws. Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and what safeguards we apply. 2. Our Privacy Policy applies to the protection and use of personal information in connection with the Service. However, it does not apply to external websites linked from our services.

Article 12. User Responsibilities

1. Users must provide accurate information when applying to use the Service. If a user submits false information or someone else's information, that user may not assert rights against the Company arising from that misuse, and the Company is not responsible for resulting damages. 2. Users must comply with these Terms, other rules established by the Company, and notices published by the Company. Users must not interfere with the Company's business or damage the Company's reputation. 3. If member information such as address, contact information, or email address changes, the user must update it promptly online. The user is responsible for problems caused by failing to update that information. 4. Users are responsible for managing their own IDs and passwords, and the Company is not responsible for issues caused by poor credential management. 5. When choosing an ID, nickname, or other name used in the Service, users may not: 1. Impersonate the official operator of the Service or use a confusingly similar name 2. Use a name containing obscene or sexually explicit content 3. Use a name that may infringe a third party's trademark, copyright, or other rights 4. Use a name that may harm a third party's reputation or interfere with that party's business 5. Use a name containing other antisocial or unlawful content 6. Without the Company's express consent, users may not sell, transfer, gift, or pledge their service rights or contractual position. 7. Additional rules and precautions regarding use of the Service may be described in our operating policies. Violating these Terms or those policies may result in service restrictions, civil liability, criminal liability, or other disadvantages.

Article 13. Service Availability

1. As a general rule, the Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, equipment replacement, or other operational needs. 2. Specific guidance for each service or feature is provided on the relevant service screen. 3. The Service includes: 1. Tools for creating and publishing resumes 2. Tools for recording and analyzing a user's activity history

Article 14. Service Restrictions

1. We may restrict or suspend all or part of the Service if unavoidable circumstances arise, including war, civil unrest, natural disasters, national emergencies, or a suspension of telecommunications service by a core telecommunications provider. 2. Free services may be restricted, suspended, or converted to paid services under our operating policies or for other business reasons, even if paragraph 1 does not apply. 3. If we restrict or suspend the Service, we will notify users promptly of the reason, the expected duration, and the applicable dates and times. 4. If we convert a free service to a paid service after collecting payment information in advance, we will notify users of the reason and the planned start date and obtain consent where required.

Article 15. Termination, Cancellation, and Withdrawal

1. A user may request termination of the service agreement at any time through the account withdrawal process on the website. Immediate withdrawal may be limited for a short period after sign-up if necessary to prevent abuse. 2. We may terminate the contract after notifying the user if the user violates these Terms, engages in abnormal or improper use, uses prohibited programs, or creates content that defames or insults others, especially where the same conduct continues after prior warnings or takedown requests. 3. After receiving a request to withdraw, cancel, or terminate, we will respond using one of the contact methods the user has provided. If the provided contact information is invalid or unavailable, we may be unable to respond separately.

Article 16. Damages

1. The Company or a user may seek damages if the other party causes damage through fault. However, the Company is not liable for damages arising from failures of free services, service interruptions, loss or deletion of stored data, or unauthorized alteration of data. 2. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service where the Company has complied with these Terms, its operating policies, its Privacy Policy, and any service-specific terms.

Article 17. Disclaimer

1. We are not responsible for failure to provide the Service due to natural disasters or other force majeure events. 2. We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by reasons attributable to a user. 3. We are not responsible for a user's failure to obtain expected results, profits, or opportunities through use of the Service, or for damage caused by materials obtained through the Service. 4. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of content posted by users and do not intervene in disputes between users or between users and third parties that arise through the Service.

Article 18. Information and Advertising

1. We may provide users with information and advertisements we believe are relevant to their use of the Service through banners, email, mobile messages, phone calls, mail, or similar methods. Users may opt out through the methods we provide. 2. Even if a user opts out of promotional messages, we may still send notices that users need to receive, such as changes to these Terms, changes to the Privacy Policy, or other important service-related information. 3. If a user opts out as described above, the Company is not responsible if that user does not receive information such as transaction-related notices or responses to support inquiries because of that opt-out choice. 4. We may reconfirm a user's consent to receive commercial advertising messages at the intervals required by applicable law. 5. We are not responsible for losses or damages arising from a user's participation in an advertiser's promotional campaign or resulting transaction.

Article 19. Ownership of Rights

1. Intellectual property rights in the Service, including copyrights and similar rights, belong to the Company. 2. We grant users only a limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and any other conditions we provide. Users may not transfer, sell, or pledge that right without our consent. 3. Paragraph 1 does not apply to content created directly by users or to works provided under separate partnership agreements.

Article 20. Content Moderation

1. If content created or uploaded by a member appears to violate applicable law, including privacy or copyright law, the relevant rights holder or authority may request that the content be blocked or removed under applicable procedures, and the Company may take action accordingly. 2. Even without a formal request from a rights holder, we may take temporary or permanent action against content if there is a reasonable basis to believe it infringes rights or violates applicable law or Company policy.

Article 21. Copyright in User Content

1. Copyright in content posted by users through the Service belongs to the author of that content. 2. However, to operate, display, transmit, distribute, promote, improve, and develop the Service, the Company may use user-posted content without additional payment or permission to the extent permitted by applicable law and fair practice, including: 1. Reproducing, editing, displaying, transmitting, distributing, or otherwise using user content to create derivative or compiled works that do not infringe the author's rights. If a user asks us to delete content or stop using it, we will do so except where retention is required by law. 2. Using the content for service operations, promotion, service improvement, or new service development 3. Displaying or providing the content for promotional purposes through media outlets, communications services, or similar channels

Article 22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute related to the Service will be subject to the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act, and the laws of the Republic of Korea will govern these Terms and the Service.

Article 23. Effective Date

These Terms take effect on May 12, 2025.
