Job Description:

  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
  • Receive, review, and process customer orders, RFQs, and requirements in line with contractual terms.
  • Handle customer requests, including order expediting, delivery updates, and cancellations.
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Creation of credit and debit note requests for customer billing adjustments, corrections, or complaint resolution.
  • Handle AOG calls by coordinating urgent support to resolve aircraft-on-ground issues quickly.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of requirements to supply chain, shipping, engineering, and quality teams.
  • Manage customer shipping instructions and coordinate with logistics teams for timely order dispatch.
  • Generate Open Order Book reports based on customer requirements.
  • Facilitate and support Open Order Book discussions with customers.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Meet or exceed customer service KPIs and business goals.
  • Comply with EH&S standards and actively report hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Adheres to and participates in all EH&S practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or 3 years of equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in E1 ERP system
  • Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in sales order processes and customer service inquiries.
  • Familiarity with EHS standards and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
  • Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling,prioritizing, coaching and process execution.
  • Typically requires specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices.
  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
