Yes. The Free plan includes job search, resume creation, 10 AI prompts each month, 1 Mock Apply credit each month, basic exports, and a public resume page.
Free includes 1 Mock Apply credit each month. Pro includes 10 each month, and Max includes 50 each month. If you need more, you can buy extra credits in packs of 1, 5, 10, or 50.
Pro is the core paid plan for unlimited AI and 10 Mock Apply credits each month. Max keeps the same AI coverage, adds access to the latest models, and includes 50 Mock Apply credits each month.
For new purchases, yes. Once payment succeeds and billing confirmation finishes, your plan and included monthly credits are applied to your account. Plan changes follow the billing flow shown during checkout.
Yes. You can cancel anytime, and your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Refund PolicyYes. Moving from Pro to Max opens a new Max checkout. After payment succeeds, Max starts immediately and the unused portion of Pro is refunded automatically. Moving from Max to Pro saves your payment method now and starts Pro when your current Max period ends.
Not by default. Mock Apply credit purchases are non-refundable. We review duplicate charges, billing errors, and cases required by law. For those exceptions, contact contact@refresh.cv.
