What You Will Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing all customer-related matters
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including leading business reviews and engagement touchpoints
  • Oversee customer contract management and ensure timely, accurate reporting (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Manage customer visits, critical orders, warranty claims, RRCA, and technical enquiries
  • Handle credit release, credit notes, and ensure invoice accuracy and process efficiency
  • Provide timely status updates and maintain clear, proactive communication with customers
  • Support account receivables, dispute resolution, forecasting, and related customer activities
  • Drive positive Market Feedback Analysis (MFA) outcomes for assigned accounts
  • Apply CORE tools and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Support EHS projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance and participation
  • Travel as required for customer engagements and performance reviews
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Degree in any discipline from a recognized university
  • Strong adaptability in managing fluctuating customer demands
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Prior experience in customer service, account management, or operations
  • Exposure to contract management, order management, or supply chain processes
  • Programming or data analysis skills (e.g., basic automation, reporting tools)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to travel on short notice
