Refund Policy
This page explains how cancellations, non-renewal, plan changes, and refunds are handled for refresh.cv paid services.

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to refresh.cv Pro and Max subscriptions, as well as additional Mock Application purchases.
2. Subscription cancellation
1. You may request cancellation of a subscription at any time during the current billing period. 2. If you cancel, your existing benefits remain active until the end of the billing period already paid for. 3. Your subscription will not renew automatically after the next billing date.
3. Plan changes
1. If you upgrade from Pro to Max, the change may take effect immediately and a prorated charge may apply for the remainder of the current billing period. 2. If you downgrade from Max to Pro, the downgrade may take effect at the start of the next billing period under our policy. 3. If a downgrade has been scheduled, your current higher-tier benefits remain active until the current billing period ends.
4. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next renewal date.
5. Refund policy
1. Refunds are not provided by default. 2. We may review exceptions for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or cases where a refund is required by applicable law. 3. If a refund is approved, any related subscription benefits or access may be adjusted separately.
6. Mock Application purchases
1. Additional Mock Application credits sold as 1-credit, 5-credit, 10-credit, or 50-credit packs are one-time purchases. 2. Mock Application purchases are non-refundable. 3. After monthly included credits are exhausted, separately purchased credits may be consumed next.
