직무소개

We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to develop an enterprise-scale Agentic AI platform supporting AI-native drug discovery and translational research
Our vision is to build a multi-agent system capable of orchestrating scientific workflows across the drug development process
The system will support workflows from data ingestion and candidate prioritization to mechanistic modeling, clinical translation, and regulatory documentation
In this role, the successful candidate will build scalable AI agent infrastructure, workflow orchestration systems, and production AI services that enable autonomous scientific decision-making

담당업무 및 역할

Design and develop multi-agent AI systems for scientific workflows
Build workflow orchestration, agent coordination, memory, and tool integration capabilities
Develop AI agents supporting candidate prioritization, PBPK/QSP modeling, clinical strategy, and regulatory documentation
Integrate LLMs, foundation models, and scientific software into production AI workflows
Develop APIs and backend services connecting AI agents with internal platforms
Improve system scalability, robustness, and performance
Collaborate with AI scientists to deploy research models into production

지원자격

Education : Bachelor's degree or higher
Major : Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
Experience : 3-8 years of hands-on experience developing AI applications, LLM-based systems, or agentic AI workflows
Strong proficiency in Python
Experience with Lang Graph, Lang Chain, Auto Gen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks
Experience building backend APIs and cloud-native applications
Strong software engineering skills
