Responsibilities

Role Overview

As an Operations Planning & Project Executive, you will take the lead in redesigning and improving our returns & refunds warehouse operations and operationalising our next major warehouse automation project. This is a hands-on role that blends data analytics, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration, where your insights and execution will have a direct and measurable impact on our operational performance.

Job Description

• Transform Returns & Refund Operations:

• Analyse existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement process changes to handle high-volume returns with speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency

• Launch Warehouse Automation:

• Lead the initial phases of an automation initiative, including opportunity assessment, vendor selection, proof-of-concept design, and implementation planning

• Lead High-Impact Projects:

• Drive operational improvements, capacity expansions, and productivity initiatives that deliver tangible results

• Data-Driven Problem Solving:

• Gather and interpret operational data to identify bottlenecks, quantify improvement opportunities, and guide decision-making

• KPI & Incentive Design:

• Build and refine performance metrics and incentive systems that align operational teams with broader business goals

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with warehouse ops, logistics, tech, and regional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution

• End-to-End Project Ownership:

Manage the full lifecycle of projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
• Minimum of 2 years in project management, operations, or strategy roles. Experience in supply chain, logistics, or automation projects is a plus
• Highly skilled in working with data, identifying trends, and turning insights into actionable solutions
• Able to present findings and recommendations persuasively to both operational teams and senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
