Fraud Intern - Operations (July/ August 2026 Intake)

Responsibilities

Fraud Review:

• Review & investigate cases ranging from appeals to user reports
• Manage the daily fraud cases while balancing between customers' needs and the company's benefits
• Conducts investigations on multiple potential violations on the platform
• Monitor & analyze the data for fraud trends, and false positives through reinvestigations and participate in assisting the review team to form preventive measure
• Analyse operational and business data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
• Perform data analysis to support fraud review decision‑making and reporting
• Support ad hoc projects related to fraud prevention, process improvement, or data review as assigned

Requirements

• Open for all final-year students of any major with a Bachelor's degree or higher
• Able to commence a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months
• Detailed-oriented and able to solve problems efficiently in a dynamic working environment
• Good analytical skills and comfortable handling data
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
