SPX Express - First Mile, Cluster Lead (Marikina)

Responsibilities

• Managing day to day FM operations under his/her Cluster
• Managing day to day lead time and success rate
• Managing timely pickup based on seller preference with due diligence of achieving best seller experience
• Managing daily attendance and productivity of handled Cluster
• Managing key processes, generating measurable reports and driving performance to excellence
• Managing equal route distribution towards target truck productivity set by Management
• Audit and validate operational SOP are being met
• Support and resolves escalations and shall be able to provide long & short term solutions
• Support cost efficient and effective projects for overall SPX
• Responsible for Cluster lead time, seller requests and performance
• Responsible for weekly and monthly review of handled Cluster
• Perform duties and responsibilities assigned by reporting manager

Requirements

Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in the related field

Must have work experience in the related field

People management skills and experience leading a large team

Strong analysis and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Good team player

Adaptive with the fast-paced culture of the team
