Sortation Center Lead - SPX Express (Kediri)

Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily operations of the sortation center through supervision of the inbound, sorting, bagging, reprocessing and outbound process
• Ensure all function in the sortation center is running well in accordance with the SOP
• Manpower planning in accordance with the fluctuations in the daily volume
• Monitoring team productivity, capacity and tools in the sortation center
• Conduct briefing with warehouse team (5S implementation & reporting)

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Minimum 5 years experience in Logistics (Minimum 3 years as a Warehouse Supervisor/Asst Manager) and 3 years in a Sorting Center
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Willing to work in shifts and travel
• Willing to be placed in Kediri
