TPA Management Specialist - ShopeePay (Open to Fresh Graduates)

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities related to partner onboarding.
• Coordinate technical integration, certification, and payment flow alignment between TPAs and internal product/tech teams to ensure compliant, stable, and timely go-live.
• Identify and execute opportunities to expand Shopee Pay and SPay Later coverage through TPAs, including new use cases, merchant verticals, and special commercial mechanics.
• Track TPA performance metrics (active merchants, transaction volume, dormancy rate, MDR contribution) and drive corrective actions or optimisation initiatives where required.
• Oversee merchant portfolio quality via TPAs, including monitoring dormant merchants, merchant category risks, and alignment with Shopee Pay/SPay Later target segments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for TPAs, banks, and internal stakeholders (SPay Later Risk, Legal, Product), ensuring alignment and timely issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Good business development, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Self driven and independently motivated.
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and ability to form insightful judgments based on situations.
