BDI Instant Delivery PMO (Shopee)

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Initiatives:

• Initiate and manage scalable solutions and programs aimed at enhancing the overall buyer journey and improving delivery speed. Your work will be critical to improving both seller and buyer experiences.

• Drive Project Execution:

• Assist in the end-to-end implementation of key projects, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with the Commercial team’s strategic objectives and delivered on time.

• Provide Data-Driven Insights:

• Identify analytical and reporting needs for the commercial team. You will critically evaluate and define business metrics, providing insightful, data-driven recommendations to support continuous business improvement.

• Optimize Processes:

• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their pain points and scope problems. You will then enhance internal processes through automation and other strategic improvements to boost team productivity.

• Communicate Effectively:

Translate complex data and insights into clear, illustrative presentations and dashboards. You will be responsible for communicating strategic recommendations to business leaders in a compelling and understandable manner.

Requirements

• Data Proficiency:

• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to process and analyze large datasets. Strong logical reasoning to troubleshoot data discrepancies and understand the underlying business logic behind data structures. SQL proficiency is a plus

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Exceptional ability to effectively collaborate with and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders, including operations, marketing, and business development teams, to identify challenges and drive impactful solutions.

• Strategic Problem-Solving & Execution:

Strong analytical skills to identify operational bottlenecks, develop data-driven strategies, and implement practical solutions that accelerate key processes and optimize team performance for speed-related programs.
