PMO (NSF - Growth Initiatives) - Business Development, Shopee

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate & timely analysis, and insightful interpretations to properly track and augment key results in operation
• Clearly communicate analysis findings, summarize results, and present recommendations to variable stakeholders in the department
• Support high levels to transfer data into into insights and insight into business decisions in order to push performance and implement initiatives
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical tool/techniques
• Execute BAU & ad-hoc analytic requests as required, examine trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Aggregate and establish database for Incubation and ensure its accuracy and efficiency
• Optimize and improve report/dashboard development
• Monitor team KPI achievement and spot potential issues/constraints to propose solution to resolve
• Organize meetings with different stakeholders, actively follow up with decisions/ action plan when applicable
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Data Engineer or related fields
• Analytical and data-driven mindset to problem solving
• Comfortable with MS Office, Google Docs. Experience with other analytical tools: Power BI / Tableau / Python / R / SQL,.... is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in related fields (e.g.tech, e-commerce, business development,...)
• Be able to communicate effectively in English, and Vietnamese
• Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• Result oriented, self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good team player with can-do attitude
