Operational Excellence Analyst, SPX Express

Support operational improvement initiatives by analyzing performance data, identifying process gaps, and assisting in projects that improve efficiency, service quality, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze operational KPIs and prepare regular reports.
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Support the implementation and tracking of operational projects.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Develop and update SOPs and process documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support operational initiatives.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply or 2+ years of experience in Operations, Analytics, Process Improvement, or Project Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
