Job Description: Shield AI is seeking an Equity Program Manager to join our finance team. Reporting to the Technical Accounting Director, this role will be responsible for administering and managing the company’s equity compensation programs, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and other share-based plans. This role ensures accurate recordkeeping, regulatory compliance, and effective communication with employees regarding equity awards.
