Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Fashion category managers to propose, develop and execute cluster level projects that will drive the whole Fashion category for growth, specifically in the areas of Fashion influencer programs
- Be responsible for the end-to-end project execution process including planning, communications, reviews and post-mortem analysis
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to implement the projects which might include teams within and outside of the Fashion team
- Conduct research and analysis of Fashion industry trends in the Philippines and overseas markets that are referenceable to Philippines market as instructed by the category managers
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as directed by the category managers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in universities in the Philippines or abroad
- Fresh graduate with internship background in e-commerce / data-analytics or insights
- A self-driver that also strives for excellence and impact
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence important stakeholders
- Excellence in numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in English and basic work related softwares
- A strong team player
- Passion in Fashion a plus
- Experience in influencer management a plus
