Role: We are seeking a talented and motivated Electronics Hardware Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronic components, devices, and systems for a range of applications.

As an Electronics Hardware Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality electronic hardware solutions.

Position Title: Manager – Embedded Systems (Hardware Design) Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication or related field.

Experience: 4 - 7 years Work Location: Navi Mumbai (Mahape)

Key Responsibility:

Design and develop electronic circuits, components, and systems to meet product requirements and specifications.

Perform schematic capture, PCB layout, and prototyping for electronic hardware designs.

Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electronic hardware to ensure performance and reliability.

Collaborate with software and mechanical engineering teams to integrate electronic hardware into overall product designs.

Evaluate and select electronic components and materials for use in product designs.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in electronic hardware designs.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication or related field.

Proven experience in electronic hardware design, development, and testing.

Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Cadence, PCB viewer).

Strong understanding of Analog and Digital circuit design principles.

Familiarity with microcontrollers, sensors, power electronics (Power Supply or SMPS), and wireless communication technologies.

Experience: with design for manufacturability and design for testability principles.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Good to Have:

Experience: with embedded systems design and hardware development with experience of 3-4 years in High-speed design or mixed signal processing.

Knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and signal integrity (SI) considerations in electronic hardware design.

Familiarity with simulation and modelling tools for electronic circuits (e.g., SPICE, Simulink).
