Position Summary

  1. Attain production performance goals for each process according to the production plan.2. Prevent quality-related accidents in advance by managing/supervising process-related employees' task order and standard compliance.
  2. Appropriately place workforce to raise their production capability and minimize process operation through systematic process management and cooperation with relevant departments.
  3. Manage the organization in a stable manner. (T&A, character management, interview and etc.)

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Attaining production goals Contribute to attaining to attain production goals by monitoring the production plan, supply of materials, production process and real-time performance.

  2. Workforce management Assign process/tasks to the right employee considering their characteristics and LOB and maintain the efficiency of overall production by managing their individual performance.

  3. Quality management Manage to proceed with work in compliance with job instruction and standard and support to find, analyze and improve potential defects in advance.

  4. Education and instruction Guide employees with the appropriate work method and conduct and provide education to them to enhance their ability.

Improvement activities Find unreasonable factors or risks on site, conduct improvement activities and support activities in raising productivity and quality by improving the process.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A skilled or highly-skilled specialist that completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways

  • May contribute to the development of concepts and techniques as well as complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways

  • Works on assignments, including complex assignments, requiring considerable judgement and initiative

  • May determine methods and procedures on new assignments

  • May mentor or coach team members

  • Typically requires a minimum 5 years of experience since TB1
