Position Summary
- Develop and produce parts that can be mass-produced by verifying and approving new parts during development stages.2. Secure self-quality-guarantee-system of partners' during mass production stages to stabilize production processes and market quality.
Role and Responsibilities:

Managing an approval Participate in validating risk factors in a new part by checking a partner’s process, outgoing inspection system, etc.

Managing production parts Performing activities to guarantee parts quality by establishing an improvement measure and analyzing defects when quality issues happen during partners' production stages.

Prior quality management Supply parts by performing prior activities with a partner, utilizing a technique to improve quality.
-
Quality post-management Prevent defects from reoccurring by performing post-management activities related to defect history and an established measurement.

Managing quality related expenses Minimize risk factors which exist in quality related expenses (accident, incident, compensation, RMA (Return Material Authorization) resulted from our company’s parts.

Customer support Analyze defects, identify underlying cause, and establish a post-management measure when a customer is dissatisfied with the parts.
