Join Calvin Klein as we expand our presence and open a brand new stores in** Manawa Bay, Auckland**. Due to our continuous growth and strong brand appeal, we have opportunities available and are looking for an Assistant Store Manager in Training.

Working closely with the Store Managers, you will develop, mentor and motivate a new team and manage daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. Utilise your previous retail experience to achieve high standards, lead by example, embrace the company’s entrepreneurial spirit and inspire your team through passion and belief in the brand. To be successful, you will be available to work Full-time, 38 hours a week.

• Experience in achieving KPI's including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops

• Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team

• Strong attention to detail and highly experienced in stock management and visual merchandising

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities

• Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude
