Together with other team members, you will shape the future of the R&D Automation platforms. Your solutions will provide the R&D business unit with a high quality, self-service, fully automated platform.

This is what you will do as a Service Now developer at NXP.
As a member of the R&D automation team, you will be a key contributor to the development and improvement of our automation platforms. You will have ample opportunities to express your creativity and work with others to accomplish your objectives.

• You build/maintain Service Now flows that help deploy automated catalog items.
• You develop/maintain new components of the platform.
• You are the technical expert advising the organization on ways to improve on automation and helping to execute them.
• You can work effectively with other developers, operations staff, and other key stakeholders in the organization.

You can describe yourself as follows:

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Software Engineering or Computer Science
• Seven years of experience working on Service Now development and operations
• Solid DevOps mindset and ability to evaluate and optimize DevOps processes and practice using Lean or Agile.
• Good understanding of IT solutions and processes.
• Valuing the importance of working together with others to be successful as a team and part of a larger organization
