• Job Responsibility

• •Define/optimize procedures to ensure smooth processing of production lots

• •Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs including operator training

• •Lead root cause analysis for defects and yield losses

• •Provide disposition on lots with quality issues

• •Support new product introduction and process qualification

• •Analyze production data to identify process improvements

• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost reduction and process improvement projects

• •Perform change management including new material qualification

• Qualification

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electronic engineering or related field.

• Experiences in back grind or pre-assembly process at least 2 year

• Proven track record in optimizing manufacturing processes using Lean Six Sigma.

• Proficiency in 10K cleanroom operations and backend power semiconductor processes.

• Strong skills in SPC tools, Cpk analysis, and DoE techniques.

• In-depth understanding of semiconductor failure analysis.

• Experience in preventive maintenance and processing documentation.

• Effective communication and organizational abilities.

• Proactive mindset with project management skills.
