Postdoctoral Fellow-MSH

**Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ph.D. (Neuroscience, CS or biomedical engineering, preferred)
• Post-graduate training or experience with EEG time-series signal analysis: Standard time series / time-frequency analyses of electrophysiological data (EEG and LFP) including factor analyses, time-frequency and spectral analyses, phase amplitude coupling and connectivity analyses, such as phase-coherence, HD-EEG source analysis.
• Machine learning classification / advanced regression analyses of electrophysiological data (LFP and EEG)
• Experimental Control Programming, a plus: integration of digital inputs/ outputs related to experimental control in the laboratory and neurosurgical operating room.
• Post-graduate training or experience with data visualization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Scientific writing proficiency
• Proficient in Matlab and/or Python (preferred), experience with open source toolkits like EEGLab and MNE-python.
