An exciting opportunity waits for you to join our Graduate Program (Taste the Future), which is a 2 Year Rotational Program. Your unique talents, skills and abilities will be showcased through this rotational leadership program as you partner with us to lead the future of snacking within the Sub-Saharan Africa Business Unit.

Education / Certifications:

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree/Equivalent in the following fields:

  • Environmental Management Occupational Health & Safety (HSE)

Job specific requirements:

  • Recent graduates or;

  • Recent Graduates with a maximum of 2 years working experience

  • Over 60% academic average

Business Unit Summary:

Mondelēz International’s Sub Saharan Africa Business Unit is made up of three key focus areas namely Southern Africa, West Africa and the Rest of Africa Markets. The Business Unit is home to approximately 1000 Makers and Bakers who strive to bring only the best quality and loved brands to our consumers. Mondelēz International in Sub Saharan Africa is proud to house global legacy brands including Cadbury Dairy Milk, Oreo, Halls and Bournvita, together with local jewels such as Cadbury Lunch Bar, Chappies, Tom Tom and Dentyne.
