Job Description

岗位职责

1.负责牡丹江、鸡西两个城市全渠道生意管理
2. 负责团队管理、人才培养与士气激励，联动销售能力发展团队，保障团队培训落地执行；
3. 制定并落地年度业务单元规划，达成既定渠道营收指标与业绩目标，按需完成各项工作汇报；
4. 维护优质客户合作关系，推动旗下品类实现行业标杆级市场运营表现；
5. 对接重点协作方，涵盖大客户团队、品类部门、市场推广团队、销售能力组及客户财务团队，实现所辖区域效益最大化；
6. 深度掌握品类知识与市场洞察，指导团队运用品类分析工具，赋能客户科学决策，助力品类增长、达成年度经营规划。

岗位要求：

本科学历优先；

5年以上快速消费品销售工作经验、其中3年以上经销商管理经验；

熟悉当地市场，熟悉全渠道；

执行能力强，并且有一定的沟通协调能力；

吃苦耐劳，抗压能力强。
