  • Work with best-in-class external partners who leverage analytics tools and processes
  • Use models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
  • Execute the business analytics agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

As an Insights Analyst at Mondelēz International, you will support the BI & Analytics Lead in driving business growth through data-backed strategic insights. You will help analyse market, category, customer, and Media data across MENAP markets to contribute to strategic recommendations. Your focus will be to assist in delivering strong insights that support key business decisions and marketing plans.

As an Insights Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to support the Insights & Analytics (I&A) team with data analysis, insights development, and reporting to strengthen category and retail strategies. This is a role ideal for mid career professionals with strong analytical skills and a passion for consumer behaviour and business strategy.

How You Will Contribute
You will support by:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, RGM) to support strategic planning.
  • Support in rolling out all Analytics related tasks like MMM, Category Forecast, Plan and roll out new digital initiatives
  • Validation for data sanity and challenging suppliers on models’ robustness
  • Manage different data sources smartly to ensure KPIs input is solidly tracked; such as Media plans, Media spends, CPP, ..etc

What You Will Bring
A desire to learn and grow, along with:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in data and analytics is a must
  • Business graduate with proficiency in tech tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau)
  • A strong analytical mindset and attention to details.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of Media Analytics – How Marketing Mix Modelling works and how to interpret data and make recommendations from MMM studies
  • Strong working knowledge of Share / Volume forecasting
  • Good communication skills and the ability to simplify data into actionable insights.
  • Strong Stakeholders management for media partners, Analytics partners, global communication
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to work across multiple teams.
  • Curiosity about consumer behaviour and market trends, particularly in the FMCG/CPG industry
  • Managing different internal and external stakeholders and partners from marketing, sales, media and suppliers
  • Willing to manage and be hands on for several KPIs; ROI, effectiveness, Sufficiency to build and maneuver business and media plans to deliver better on different KPIs
