What You Will Do:

· Develop and optimize flashing, commissioning, and testing sequences for Mercedes-Benz Vans.

· Implement and support Mercedes-Benz E/E diagnostic standards and production testing processes.

· Create automated diagnostic and testing solutions.

· Analyze and resolve software, communication, and testing-related issues during vehicle production.

· Work closely with Production, Development, Quality, and IT teams to introduce new technologies into series production.

· Drive continuous improvement of vehicle diagnostics, flashing, and testing processes.

· Preparing and presenting status of planning activities to various stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

· Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.

· Experience in software development, diagnostics, testing systems, industrial IT, automation, or automotive engineering.

· General programming skills (e.g. Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, SQL, or similar programming languages).

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Interest in vehicle electronics, software, diagnostics, and modern technologies.

· Availability for occasional international business travel.

· Fluent Polish and English.

Nice to Have:

· Knowledge of CAN, Ethernet, UDS, or DoIP communication protocols.

· Experience with vehicle diagnostics, flashing, commissioning, or automated testing solutions.

· German language skills.
