Title and Summary

Manager, Business Development, Digital & R&C

Overview:

• Business Development creates new opportunities at issuers/acquirers, merchants, businesses, and governments, leveraging Mastercard core products and services.
• The team is seeking strong candidate who will develop new opportunities with merchants and issuers.

Role

• Develop Mastercard offers/services with domestic and offshore merchants for products and promotions
• Provide customers service for Mastercard Loyalty Services, etc.

All About You:

• Integrity, entrepreneurship, accountability, sense of urgency, and cross functional teamwork capability
• A proven leader who takes a disciplined approach to deliver financials
• Consultative sales skills to support high level interactions with customers
• Strong understanding of financials, business plans and business cases
• Exemplary verbal and written communications skills in Korean and English
• Merchant offer development experience is preferred.
• BA degree required
