Sobre el rol
Buscamos un(a) Depot Customer Service Associate enfocado en operaciones de contenedores llenos (importación y exportación). Esta posición será responsable de coordinar la atención de solicitudes de clientes y asegurar la correcta ejecución de los procesos operativos, manteniendo altos estándares de calidad en el servicio.
Responsabilidades
- Gestionar solicitudes de clientes relacionadas con contenedores de importación y exportación.
- Coordinar autorizaciones de retiro y emisión de documentación.
- Realizar seguimiento a los servicios prestados para garantizar calidad.
- Atender consultas y reclamos a través de diferentes canales.
- Coordinar con equipos internos y comerciales.
- Gestionar registros en sistemas internos y procesos administrativos.
- Proponer mejoras en la experiencia del cliente.
Requisitos
- Formación técnica o universitaria en carreras afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en Customer Service o logística.
- Conocimiento en procesos de importación/exportación (deseable).
- Inglés básico a intermedio.
